Perfect sushi spot for lunch. The facility is clean and organized, the food is tasty and average prices. The staff is warm and welcoming. They have Thai Tea as well as a few non traditional sushi restaurant items. The menu is all words so it can be a bit overwhelming but the sushi speaks for itself.

This place is always so good. First time coming in since they remodeled! Looks great and they also added more menu items. Yummy!

Such a charming hidden gem in Evergreen, right by Safeway. The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. I had the Thai boat noodles — the broth was rich, aromatic, and full of depth. My mom ordered the apple salad, which had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and refreshing flavors. Definitely a must-try when you’re in the area!

The moment I walked in, I appreciated the adorable decor. The waitress was so kind. We ordered the Yama sampler and she took the time to explain the options and sauces. All delicious. Next, we ordered Ramen 11/10. I’m from Chicago and we have great Ramen. I highly recommend the creamy Tonkotsu ramen. Caution: the medium spice is more of a ‘hot’ level. However, I enjoyed the spice! Lastly, we had the chocolate mochi and the homemade coconut ice cream. Both were delicious! Would recommend Yama to anyone who loves Ramen and would like to support a small business. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Colorado!

I've been here twice for the salmon bowl, and it was fresh and delicious both times. The staff is accommodating to those with allergies and very friendly. Both times, I stopped by in the afternoon, so I don't know how the staff or times are when the restaurant is full or under pressure. Each time I visited, I had timely service and the right amount of attentiveness. I'm so grateful this wonderful little place has opened up here. Evergreen has more options for eating out than other local mountain towns, but this is worth a stop in, especially for those hoping for a healthy meal option. ^_^

Stopped by here last night and was very impressed. I love ramen. No, let's be clear, I LOVE ramen. I've easily tried a dozen+ ramen places throughout the area (by area, I mean broadly across Denver metro) in my quest for good ramen. My stand-by has always been Tatsu Izakaya, but man, that can be a haul from the west side. I tried Yama's tonkatsu ramen yesterday and I've found a new place to go for my fix. I saw one review that medium spice level was hot, so wasn't sure whether to go w/ hot or medium. Went w/ hot and was so glad I did. I didn't think it was bad and just a nice spice level (for reference, I'm a medium person at US Thai and hot here was definitely less than US Thai medium, IYKYK). Very nice creamy and flavorful broth, great presentation, egg was perfectly done. Just great ramen overall. Thanks Yama!

Didn’t even get a good picture before I ate half of it. Definitely the best Pad Thai and Tom Kha I’ve had in a long time! Will be back so soon definitely my new favorite restaurant :)
